APRS Repeater Site Maintenance and Changelog

Made a trip to the APRS Digipeater site (Lance KB0YJU, Erik WB0NIU and Syed AC0VA) to investigate operation issues with the digipeater. Removed the batteries that were out of service, and replaced. Rigged harnessing while at the site to get batteries connected to power system. Also installed batteries in transceiver to ensure it stays on proper frequency. Upon return from site, observed that APRS node had stopped digipeating APRS data. Lance ade a second trip to the site later that day and
- power cycled TNC
- reduced the transceiver to low power setting
- increased the squelch on the receiver
As of this writing, the APRS digipeater seems properly functional.
